I think it's easier to get attracted to someone online because they could be everything that you want. And you just kind of fill in the gaps with what ever you want. Do you know what I mean?

I think its cause you can say what you feel or think without any reprimand or someone having a different opinion and if they do it doesnt matter cause its easier to move on.
Plus the convinience of it all I guess.
Unfortunately a lot of people online pretend to be something they are not and that is a shame, you just have to be aware.

Not at all. I would much prefer to meet a real person then someone whom I have to imagine is something or they pretend to be someone other then who they truly are. I was luck however and did meet my wife online but we took things very slowly and were extremely honest with each other right from the get go.

I know exactually what you mean!! Im having this problem right now actually, the guy lives really far away from me and were really close.
Its like its easier to get to know someone online because then you dont have to be afraid to show who you truly are and get to tell them whatever you want without being judged.
If you dont want to talk to them anymore or their mean to you, you can just block them.

its easier to get attracted to someone online because you know there could be no other commitment then what goes on online, she (or he) isn't in your regular group of friends so it's different, i find i can be more myself to someone i meet online...or complete opposite, nothing like myself

yea, I think that you shouldn't try to find someone online, because for all you know they could be lying, but I agree, I think that people feel they can fall for someone easier online because they can find their dream person, even though they may not be

Yeah. But the thing is, since you don't exactly know them in person...anyone can lie about themselves online....
