Think of everyone who loves you. I'm sure everyone has said this to you already. Think of all the good times in your life. Think of how many ppl would think they failed at trying to make you happy. Think of your family. At times like these it's best to think of everyone but urself. Go to the movie store and rent a comedy. Go out and do somethin

The fact that you are writing and asking for help is AMAZING. It shows that you are someone with tremendous courage. There is always a solution to everything. I know that it feels like there's no way things will ever get better. Start by treating your headache. Take some Advil or Tylenol with a small cup of black coffee and dim the lights. Next, turn to your family or friends for moral and financial support. There is no room for shame here. You didn't get fired on purpose!! Look for work on the net. You will find something, I garantee it. Your landlord can't just throw you out. There are laws to protect tennants. Don't worry about the past, focus on the present. Take care of your health and appreciate the good things. If you lost your job, it's most likeky because you were meant to find a much better one. Don't freak out over money, You're safe. You will not loose your roof tomorrow. Take things one at a time. Remeber, there is no need to feel embarassed. You MUST talk to a friend or go see a counsellor. Call a help line to get all the info you need in your area. Talking is very important. you already made the first step by getting on line. You're on the right track. I believe in you. Email me if you would like to talk more ok? primeann@aol.com

I went through that a little over a year ago. Make yourself go find another job. That is the first thing that will help you. Jobs will come and go. Learn what you can from losing this one and don't let it get you down so. Your job doesn't define who you are as a person. Your local employment office can do an evaluation and place you in a job.You may also be eligible for employment benefits dependent on the circumstances. The depression you feel is normal. It will lessen after a while. Losing the will to live is a totally different matter. If you still feel that way after finding another job then talk to your Dr. Good luck.

First of all remember suicide is a permanent thing. You will not be able to make things better if you kill yourself. One thing about life, if there is tomorrow, there is always hope.

A wonderful thing God gives us , "a new day"

See a doctor first, If there isn't money to see one. Go to a free clinic or ER. Suicidal thoughts are nothing to fool around with.

Get yourself busy again, start looking for a job. It may not be the job you want, but it is a start. Stay as busy as possible.
make a list of things that have to be paid. Contact the people you owe, explain your situation and ask for an extension. Or set up a payment schedule. Then, find an organization that might be able to help. Local churches, Red cross, salvation army. Just start searching, even if they can't help, they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Last of all, tie a knot in the rope and hang on, until it gets better.
And remember God, loves you and has a plan for your life..

Oh, come on, really, for real, it will be okay. You can always kill your self at any time, the option will always be there so maybe try to focus on how you can change your situation instead of suicide or soemthing crazy like that. Give yourself a year and you'll be all "whew!" because you'll get through this just fine. A headache won't last forever, you can get a job, depression subsides, it will all come together. I have been through all that you mentioned while also at the same time dealign with being arrested and was sure i was gonna end it all. but here i am grateful and fighting for every day above ground! Suicide is always an option but in a year when you've rebounded, it won't be an option anymore. please take care my friend and remember you are a powerful being, the mystery is only how to tap into that.

What I remember doing when I didn't want to live anymore was first feel really sorry for myself and wallow in it. Try to share my helplessness with whomever would listen to me. Cry, roll around in a fetal position, and just feel doomed and wish I would just die alone on my bed.

Then, I would remember partying too much which cost me my job and then flash back to how I really didn't plan ahead and expected people to rescue me.

The last stage of the problem would then make me realize I'm all I've got, so I would snap out of it, get industrial and save myself by doing jobs that would tide me over until the next good one and the next and then I started my OWN business and told everyone they can take a hike because I'm accountable for myself so that when I do party and get a monster headache... I still make money.

So, that's what I did.

One of the most stressfull events that happen in ones life is losing there job. It takes a toll on your emotions.

I feel the same way about life lately...but I find it makes me happier when I go outside in the sunshine. If I were you I would try to find a job pronto, that will start to make u feel better (obviously).

You should probably visit your parents if you have any, or relatives. Hang out with friends that are close to you and support you. You can also try finding a new hobby or go excersising to make yourself look good.

hmmmmmmmm

I have only felt like that once or twice.

Realize that if you still have your health, you have everything really.

Sleep awhile, limited beer if that works for you, watch a movie, more sleep, get some food

Then go to temp agency or get hired as a security guard, if the money situation is really that dismal.

Or pick up and move someplace else and start new. Maybe move in with family for a month or two.

Then set about getting a better job that you want.

There are suicide hotlines available. I would suggest calling one right now. If anything, there will be someone for you talk to about everything. 1-800-SUICIDE and 1-800-273-TALK

Or call your parents or friends. Get out of the house, even if you don't want to. It's better than sitting alone and dwelling on all your negative thoughts.

Please don't hurt yourself. It may seem bad now, but things will look up. I hope you can find a healthy way to cheer yourself up. And remember, someone somewhere loves you!

The first thing is that no matter what you do THE PAST DOES NOT EQUAL THE FUTURE!!! I don't care if you've been screwing up for 10 years 5 years or 2 minutes ago. Decide right now that i am Not going to live one more minute as a disappointment. What do you want to do in your life? There are thousands of people who have even been devastated with family loss disease and horrendous life changing events. BUT they have pulled out and done something in life and sometimes even dedicated their lives to helping others to not make the same mistakes they have!
If you could do something and not fail what would you do? After you have decided go out and do it... FEAR is nothing more that False Evidence Appearing Real...
