It is mildly offensive. Not intentional. You might rebut her next time, with no my parents gave me my one brain.

Don't get offended. At least you should believe in the God who created you. You existed because God created you.
Ha..Ha..Ha.. you are easily offended over small small thing or else you will be continually offended over everything. The problem is you not the people around you.

Just take it with a grain of salt. It's just an expression, after all--for all you know, she might be an atheist as well! I know I've been prone to saying things like "God only knows," or whatever despite my beliefs. But trust me, raising an issue over such a little thing will only create more problems.
