i have a few bottles of Bailey's Irish cream and Mudslide which are all creamy milk based Alcohols.How long can I keep thses in the cupboard?...Do they go off? or does the Alcohol in them perserve them?

There are no expiry dates on the bottles.
I keep them in my hall cupboard in the dark.

You can keep them around for a very long time. They have no shelf life really. This is because of the alcohol in them, it stabalizes the cream element.

I think they are fine on the shlef unopened. Once opened, refrigerate (obviously).

I don't think I could keep a bottle of Mudslides around as long as you! :-D

They will stay drinkable for a very long time. But I would be using the Bailey's in my coffee after dinner.

They will last a long time as long as they are kept in a cool place.

alcohol does not do any thing you shouldnt even have it in the cupboard its suposed to be in the fridge retard
