What exactly is your question?

Not to insult, but you might look at a medical dictionary or use spell check...

Collars for tracheotomy patients have been around for quite awhile...they allow the stoma to be cleaned easily and held open (especially when it's a new stoma) After the stoma is well healed, lots of patients don't use any kind of collar, at least the patients that I've been exposed to.
