I am 175 right now and want to be 140-150 by end of august. Eating and Excercise tips, any.

Realistically you can only lose 2 pounds of fat a week. increasing your daily activity and burning more calories than what you are consuming will result in healthy weight loss

1 lb of fat a day is impossible. the body will only utilize so much energy from free fatty acids in a 24 hr period regardless of how low the calories are reduced or how much exercise is performed.

forget about losing weight on the scale and change the focus to changing your body composition. if you focus on reducing the body fat % then you will preserve muscle mass while reducing fat stores.

ultimately the diet determines the size and shape of the body. if you are getting daily exercise at close to 60 minutes and exercising at a high level of intensity then that is sufficient. for most the diet holds them back from seeing the results that they desire. you need to just about elimintate all processed food items from the diet and consume whole foods only. this is the best way to decrease the body fat %

Lets see, there is 3500 calories in a pound.

Thats like doing a 289734 hour workout and only having a snack.
I dunno
Not so healthy or very much even possible.
Its better to not do that anyways because your more likely to keep off the weight when you do a long -term diet rather than a short quick diet.

ill tell you how but most likely your not goin to do it,
okay

first of all dont eat the whole day but drink water.

next is run for like 2-3 hours non stop at a 6-7 mph rate.

after the third day eat sumthing.......than repeat

in the morning 9:00 u go jogging 2hours or 1hour,11:00 u go skipping for 1hour in the afternoon u go soccer gor also 1 hour.i also did these things,i lose 1.5 pounds

If you eat three meals a day, reduce it to two. If it's two, reduce it to one. This may work if it's just 1 pound a day.

cut down your calories by half and double the exercise. move around a lot.
