Maybe if everyone on the planet could learn to NOT impose THEIR beliefs on others, and accept that everyone has a unique BELIEF of their own in these kind of matters, all the stupid pointless fighting would come to a halt.

— Robert M. Pirsig

No one is fanatically shouting that the sun is going to rise tomorrow. They know it's going to rise tomorrow.

The attacks are about equal, coming from both atheists and believers. At this point, it is which came first the chicken or the egg?

An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth and soon the whole world will be blind and toothless.

YOU CANNOT FIGHT GOD'S TRUTH!

When men discovered they can't win the argument as their conscience will always bear witness to the truth irregardless of what they said they believes or not believes . Beside, the conviction of the Holy Spirit on sinful men now taking place in every hearts that denied God and His Word and His Son whom He has sent to save them from their sin, drives them crazy and fight a war with God they cannot win so they divert it to attacks Christian thinking that will relieves them of their guilty conscience from tormenting them which never does- So they accused Christian of attacking them when all the christian do is attesting to God's Truth.

God they cannot fight so they fight those who believes in HIM - Simple as that !

It is so easy. I wish people would leave atheists alone just as much as I wish atheists would leave Christians alone and people would leave Muslims alone, etc...but unfortunately so many people have to force their opinions on others or to try and prove someone is wrong. It's more of a power thing. Totally uncalled for if you ask me.

actually, my atheistic sister admitted to my christian family that she believes mockery of christianity is the last accepted form of racism/discrimination...
did you know that in all of the the major religions/beliefs, atheists have the highest suicide rate...

yes i would love to have everyone believe what they want but when it comes down to their eternal afterlife, why not try to help them out and at least give people information that they might not know, or might not want to know?

most christians do more harm than good. we can get frustrated and angry and bring a worse name to our Savior and beliefs. but believe it or not, there are actual christians who bring glory to God everyday and realize their faults, and actually try to change them.

The coming age of quantum mechanics
will close many a church door. Ironically,
it will also turn the page on evolution and
atheism.
Take comfort.
The bickering will end.

That would be INTELLIGENT. When any of my fellow Christians obnoxiously hound atheists merely because they are atheists, I automatically deduct 30 points from whatever my estimation of their IQ may have been before I saw them do that.

Thank you! I'm getting sick of trying to defend my beliefs or lack there of.
Why can't everyone just accept everyone else and let them believe what they want?

I've never attacked one....and - strangely enough - they have never attacked me. Never got a nasty e-mail from a single atheist.

Those come from fellow "Christians".
