Wash your face with cool water and then apply Witch Hazel daily(avoid eyes). If you have trouble with dry skin then do it every other day.

To answer your question, Yes Vitamin E Cream can help, might want to look into The Body Shops Vitamin E Cream Cleanser if the witch hazel doesn't appeal or work for you.

IF you can afford to go to the dermatologist go. I wish I had done that when I was younger. It would have saved a lot of embarassment for me. Sometimes we put the wrong things on our face and they really can make them worse. Redness can be caused by a few things, you really want a doctor to look at your skin. It will be so much worth it!

Perhaps the oils has irritated your skin and prompted the break outs, so try a milder one that complements your skin type. You can also take vitamin e capsules to ensure your skin's rejuvination from within. http://www.skinsosilky.com/skincare/16-skincarebeauty.htm can give you more information about it. Hope it helps.

It works really good as long it's in a light formula that won't clog your pores. Keep on using it and combine it with capsules of vitamine e (orally) for better results

for the scars use mederma, it worked for me, for the acne use clean and clear, cetaphil, sea breeze, or proactiv. use the same brand moisurizer as cleanser, they make the cleanser to work with the moistuizer, mixing and matching them can cause breakouts.
