Holy crap! I am so sorry! You need to do your best to stay away from him and tell your parents. If they do not take it seriously, call the cops. Your brother needs help. That's a line he shouldn't even think of crossing. If he is aggressive or violent absolutely be sure that you are never alone with him and see if your parents can get him some help.

Um sweetie not only is that incest its rape and you should be concerned for your brother. You should tell your parents immediately and you should take all precautions to protect yourself even though he is your brother keep your door locked at night but I really think you should let your parents know. You need to tell him to stop, or else you'll tell your parents. Tell this to him on the phone, because you need to make sure you are never alone with him. Never: only bad things will come of this. If he continues, call the police. Its not consential, therefore it is rape and he can go to jail with a permanet record. A disgusting one too. Remember: dont be around him alone, and TELL SOMEONE

Tell your parents immediately, if they don't believe you or listen to you call the police. Stay away from him and always keep your eyes open, don't give him a chance to be alone with you.

Make a point not to be alone with him, and talk to your parents. If you can't talk to your parents, talk to the parents of a friend, a clergyman or other religious advisor, or even the police.
This isn't something you can or should handle on your own.
