You bet it is. Why? Illegal means illegal. If you break the law, you must pay. This is the harm that illegals are causing to this country: Bankrupting hospitals and schools, making other citizens pay taxes for them, bringing in third world diseases, turning America into a third world nation (slowly, but surely), causing more crime, making up 30% of our prison population, the majority of them don't pay taxes, and taking jobs from other Americans. That is why we should deport them. Yes, it is fair. You may ask, who will take the jobs the illegals had? This is the answer: The lazy able body bums on welfare from the government. Not to mention teenagers who don't work over the summer. Then, we must build a wall! Not a fence. Put more national guard on the border and tanks too. Now that's a great plan I've up with. I'm sure all patriotic Americans, conservative and liberal, would agree too?

I agree with what you're saying. We are a nation, above everything else, of laws, and the people in this country must abide by them.

That said, when our nation creates laws and fails to enforce them, that is just as much a failure of the concept of law as a violation is. Our failure to enforce immigration laws has created our problem. If we had been punishing (deporting) illegal immigrants all of this time, we wouldn't be in the situation we're in. We have to look inside to see the problem, and to truly see what we can do about it.

The raid on Swift Eckrich plants proves that Americans will take the same jobs as the illegals, we just expect to be properly compensated for it. The NEXT day after the raid there was a line down the block with Americans who wanted those very jobs that just opened up. People just want to be able to take care of their families and are willing to do what is necessary to do it.

Illegals do take jobs from Americans who want them, they are a drain on our economy and do monopolize the prison population as well as commit a large number of violent crimes. However illegal immigration is down as the Border Patrol is beefing up it's ranks. We do need to remember that they are human beings as well, so they must be treated with compassion, but they should not be allowed to stay.

I think they should be stopped and our laws should be enforced by the most efficient means available without violating human rights. Checking the immigration status after an arrest is not violating rights, all of these things should be linked up in a national database so every cop can check it at a stop.

2 things wrong with your theory: 1.Use welfare recipients to work the jobs.Several things wrong with this.One is there are jobs that people on welfare could get but some choose not to work them obviously or they wouldn't be on welfare.When one of my daughters whined to me there weren't any jobs in our area I did my own checking and applied to several places.Blew her butt away when I got called back on 4 of 5 applications.I didn't list any of my degrees other than a High School diploma.The jobs are there they are just choosy.Like they think it's below them or something.Gimme a break.Teens today too have a very poor work ethic I won't even start on that one.I'm a mother of teens.

We should deport all illegals...actually we should NEVER have let them in.
It is FAIR to preserve our heritage and defend our flag from desecration by illegals/protestors.
It is FAIR to apply punitive measures to illegals, just as they are applied to any other group of LAWBREAKERS.
It is FAIR to demand a secure border.
It is NOT FAIR for our Senate to even contemplate any sort of reward for illegals.

Honestly i see it as if the americans want the immirgrants out, then they should stop importing products from china that are usuallly made by immirgrants who come to live here to stop making it since they get bad only cents. then they should also stop importing gas because it's not ours. i honeslty think if american wants all the illegal immirgrants out then they should stop buying products out of the united states and start making their own stuff then we will see how many hands will go up to bring them back.....

No. Illegal were all immigrants from other countries and to state that people on welfare would pick crop or work for under minimum wage your crazy. And if you would do it you wouldn't work for $4.00 hour plus the government would'nt allow you to and would require the employer to pay you the minimum wage which would mean you would pay $10.00 per lb instead of $3.00
