let me clairify i only feel monitered when i am on my computer not anyplace else i think i am just over sensitive cause some guy i used to see off and on was all up in my stuff i am just imagining things i geuss its still weird though

Rarely, but there were times. I call them occasional moments of paranoia.
But if it occurs a little too often and it is impairing your daily living, then it would be an issue of concern for professional consultations. Otherwise, that's fine.
