I have Adobe Reader installed on my computer (also Adobe photoshop). I'd like someone to tell me what exactly one can do with Adobe Reader and Adobe Photoshop. The letters are thick and hard to read. Is this a Mac product or am I not understanding something?

Adobe Reader is for opening PDF files. Adobe Photoshop is for editing digital photos.

What do you mean by "the letters are thick and hard to read"? Do you have a Mac? I'm not understanding the rest of your question.

Photoshop is very advanced photo editing software. If you don't know what it is or how to use it and you don't have any interest in heavily editing photos then it is useless to you and you can uninstall it.
