I am bleeding from my penis. Yes, it hurts! I dont know what to do. Ive been having stomach cramps it feels like i pulled a muscle in my stomach and for the last couple days i have been tired, and craving chocolate(and i dont even eat chocolate) what is wrong and why is this happening to me?!?

Time to see the Dr. You could have anything from a kidney stone to an STD. Let the experts figure this one out.

You may be craving chocolate because your blood sugar is low. Blood eminating from the penis usually means your kidneys are playing up. See a doctor ASAP.

Could be you're pregnant, but more likley Kidney stones or something wrong with your kidneys. Thats if the blood is coming out of your pee-hole. If it is bleeding on the shaft you could have an STD or you just need to stop playing with it!

why aren't you at the doc's office? it could be a kidney stone but craving chocolate isn't a sign.
