I don't do the pills. I don't want to stop eating, either. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can loose this wieght? 20 lbs, to be exact. Please help!

dont stop eating, just try and eat more healthy. if you eat junk food constantly , you aren't going to lose the weight you want to lose. in place of a fattier food , try eating a fruit or something like that, stuff thats good for you. good luck!

stop eating all that candy, drinking all the soda, and eating all that McDonald's an i think you should be alright. a little exercise wouldnt hurt either

if you really want to loose wheight then this is what you do always suck your belly in and you'll get used to it then when you do that just start excrising and eat healthy if so get workout tapes and do it for a month start in july and remember to suck your belly in
