use spray & wash stain remover then wash it in soap & hot water

Buy new sheets and torch the old one. Proof gone. Also torch that rubber doll you've have under the bed and the victoria secret catalog that you've been using. Proof gone..
Or you could lick it up if it is still warm. lol.
