Don't make promises to Jesus and break them. I have made promises and then broke my promises to the Lord when i first got saved; i went back to my old ways, but he forgives you for your lack of knowledge. Don't dwell on your past, god is a forgiving god, he knows your heart and your lack of knowledge for his word. Condemning yourself will only make you go crazy, let go and God says i am a loving God, and a forgiving god, don't make any promises at all. God Jesus forgives you. Now move on!

The question is will you ever accept His forgiveness? He has already forgave you for every sin, past - present - and future. But try harder not to make it a habit. Just be happy and content, walking in love that along with reading His word and meditating on it day and night and sometime during the day take some time out to worship and thank Him for all He has done for you.Just thank Him for being the AWESOME creator He truly is. Take care and may God bless you spiritually.

If you are truly sorry for what you have done and ask God's forgiveness in the name of your Savior Jesus Christ, then God will forgive you.

"Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not break your oath, but keep the oaths you have made to the Lord.' But I tell you, Do not swear at all: either by heaven, for it is God's throne; or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King. And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black. Simply let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No'; anything beyond this comes from the evil one."

You are not cut off from his mercy and grace, confess your sin, repent(change your mind) ask for forgivness.believe in your heart that you are forgiven.....God will forgive you through his Son,Jesus.........Many,would secure eternal life by hearing and sincerely acting on these few words.....

The Apostle Peter promised to never deny Jesus and denied Him three times in a very short period....You are not the only one to have made a promise to God and fallen short of your vow..........

we all break promises. not to condone it, but we all do. that's why we have an advocate with Jesus Christ. He knows we are human and he wants us to forgive 70 X 7 each day. he wouldn't want us to forgive like that if he wouldn't forgive us that way too. if you are sorry and ask for forgiveness, the he will forgive

This is what the Bible says: Ecc5:4 When you make a vow to God, do not be late in paying it; for He takes no delight in fools. Pay what you vow! 5 It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not pay. 6 Do not let your speech cause you to sin and do not say in the presence of the messenger of God that it was a mistake. Why should God be angry on account of your voice and destroy the work of your hands?

God forgive all sins when Jesus died for us. When you truly admit it and ask for forgiveness and promise not to do it again, you're forgiven. Each time we sin and we pray, Jesus' blood cleanse our sins when we ask for forgiveness and we are renewed again. Most importantly is that you must trust God that your sin is forgiven, so don't question whether you're forgiven or not.

However, whatever sin you did, you will be responsible for its consequences.
