Baldwin P. "Bulletproof" Vess and his men and women from C.O.P.S. One of THE best cartoons in the 80's bar none! If I were a teenager again, they were real, and I didn't have cerebral palsy, I'd even be one of their Irregulars. (I decided that I'd want to be a police officer if I didn't had CP.) :D
