Hello Isaac. For a start don't worry about your weight. Your going to grow until your 21. And this means all your body. You weigh just under 10stone. This is about right for your age.Your not over heavy.A vegetarian diet is useless if your going to work out. You need meat. You sound as if your panicing about yourself. Don't.Regular exercise, walking, swimming, Aerobics, dancing etc. Weight training is good, but you will put weight on.But as I have said weight is O.K. Muscle is good. Fat is not. So if you eat plenty of fruit and veggies, eat lean meats, stay off the burgers and fries; and exercise, you'll be great. good Luck!

Eat Veggies, grilled skinless chicken breasts, and grilled fish.
Cross training is really a great way to go.
Sunday - Try running a mile then walking a mile. If you can't do the full mile running that is fine. Push as far as you can.
Monday - Run .10 mile sprints 5 times. Cool down between each. Jog/speed walk .5 mile.
Tuesday - Ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes. Then do 35 of each.
Sit ups
Crunches
Bicycle Sit ups
Wednesday - Take off and let your body heal.
Thursday - Run again. Same as Monday. Push as best you can.
Friday - Weight Training. Work on your upper boddy and lower body.
Saturday - Take off.
A lifestyle of eating healthy and working out properly will change your body in dramatic ways. Be patient. Results come with time, not overnight.
Note - Increase your workout as you get in better shape. Go on runs of longer distance. Ride longer on the bike. Lift more weight or add more reps. Good luck!

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body- 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

Looks good to me . I am 77 now and have had 2 bypass operations and it looks like my cholesterol was high and my genes. But cut all meat to about 10% of what u did eat. Now meat is not such a challange. Am doing quite a bit to get my strength up again. As u get older every time u have been sick u need to push your self to get back to helth again ,and every time it is harder. It is tempting to say well it is not bad at my age. That will not do it.

Have you tried a high protein, low carb diet?
You will lose weight if you stick with it and eliminate all the bad carbs like soda, cookies, etc.
