I hope you are joking. If you clean it right it wont get infected but it probably wont last very long because pen ink soaks out when you wash. I hope you don't get ink poisoning out of this ... Neosporn will help the cut you made heal with less chances of scarring. It's not really a tattoo but asking for trouble. Get one right the next time.
-Like all of them said ... go to a doctor asap.

Oh boy, not good.
Pen ink does not work well. It should have been done by a professional tattoo artist. Go and get some A&D ointment and make sure you put it on the tattoo three times a day AND.... Go to a doctor soon to have it checked out. Sounds like it might be mildly infected and depending where it is, you dont want the infection spreading to your heart.

Why would someone with your spelling skills attempt to give themselves a tattoo? The cleaning you did made some sense, but it wasn't sufficient to the task of guarding against all possible outcomes. For instance, what provisions did you make for the quality of the ink you injected under your skin? Go to the doctor and have that looked at. The possibility of infection is still present and will be for awhile. It would be better if you never tried this again. Good luck, though.

Ok.. first of all.. NOT SMART.
Second, no that is not normal.
Third, it's NOT SMART.
Four, see your doctor asap.
There are reasons professional tattoo artists need to be certified. Go to urgent care or your doctor as soon as you can. No offense, but the only way you could have been more stupid is to have cleaned it with urine then went swimming in a public pool.

Keep it clean with peroxide, and covered until it stops pussing. Then let the air get to it, to let it scab. Unless you went really deep into the skin, it should disappear. Next time please do not use pen ink, it is not the same thing as tattoo ink. Get a professional tattooist.

best thign you can do is get it in hot water peel of the scabs and scrub out all the cheap ink with the other end of the toothbrush and keep it clean
that tattoo is going to look crap and faded, if it is already pussing your body is not happy about it.
clean it out.

You're probably having a reaction from the crappy ink you used. It has a good chance of becoming infected.
Worst case scenario, you wind up in the hospital with an infection, or with Hepetitis (peroxide and neosporin don't kill Hepetitis - it's a tough virus to kill).
Best case scenario, you wind up with a really crappy looking tattoo.
Oh well. Your body.

Wow. How dumb are you.
You need to go to the nearest hospital and get it checked out by a doctor. It's infected and if that infection gets in to your blood stream, you're going to be in very bad shape.
Next time, get a brain and got get a tattoo PROFESSIONALLY DONE.

Judging by the wording of your response, and the fact that you thought it was a good idea to give yourself a tattoo, I'd head to the emrgency room now.
