I jog a mile 5 days a week, practice soccer about 2 hours a day, do about five minutes of crunches a day, do tennis 30-40 minutes 2 times a week and lift weights every other day. I eat fairly healthy. When will I begin to see if all this is doing anything? How many calories do you think I burn per day? And how much weightcan I lose in a month by keeping up this routine? Any tips?
Thanks

Also I am doing this because I want to get into shape and I have nothing better to do. Should I be eating more because I feel hungry? I want to lose weight.

atleast a 1000 calories. b/c i jog 5 miles per hour 4 two hrs and burn about 1200 calories. well it really depends on how many calories you eat. you need to burn off 3500 calories to lose a pound. check ur bmr. mine is 1500. i work off 1300 calories extra and eat only 800 calories. that leaves me -2000 calories so i lose about half a pound a day. make sure you eat mineral rich foods through out the day b/c you can't afford to eat empty calories on that low of a calorie diet,

Too many variables...including how much you eat.

Theoretically, you should see some results in a week or less.

For the jog, if you're raising your heart rate into the appropriate target zone, you need a minimum of 20-30 minutes. You may have to go more tan a single mile.

Weight lifting is not cardio, so has *almost* no value for weight loss. In fact, you will put *on* weight (although it will be muscle, so heavier than the fat it eventually replaces).

The tennis, even though it is long enough, is not "good" exercise. However, it does help, no matter what someone might say.

I am happy that Triple H retained the title in what I believe was a great match. To add on to what many have said and most likely will say; it did make sense for "The Game" to retain the title considering that Randy Orton just had a long title reign and Triple H needs to keep it for a while. Overall Judgment Day was all that bad, and was actually better than I thought it would be. I would give match of the night to Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho and right behind that would be Triple H vs. Randy Orton. Rating 8½ out of 10. THANKS Tony for continuously providing results for those who didn't or can't order the pay-per view. You don't have to do it, yet you are consistent and provide accurate information. STARRED!
