Eat Veggies, grilled skinless chicken breasts, and grilled fish.

Cross training is really a great way to go.

Sunday - Try running a mile then walking a mile. If you can't do the full mile running that is fine. Push as far as you can.

Monday - Run .10 mile sprints 5 times. Cool down between each. Jog/speed walk .5 mile.

Tuesday - Ride a stationary bike for 45 minutes. Then do 35 of each.

Sit ups
Crunches
Bicycle Sit ups

Wednesday - Take off and let your body heal.

Thursday - Run again. Same as Monday. Push as best you can.

Friday - Weight Training. Work on your upper boddy and lower body.

Saturday - Take off.

A lifestyle of eating healthy and working out properly will change your body in dramatic ways. Be patient. Results come with time, not overnight.

Note - Increase your workout as you get in better shape. Go on runs of longer distance. Ride longer on the bike. Lift more weight or add more reps. Good luck!

The best thing to do is to exercise for 45 minutes at least 3 times a week.. but every day is really worth the effort. You have to watch what you eat too. The exercise will firm up your muscles.. what you think is fat is prolly just relaxed or under-nourished muscle tissue.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

drinking 2 cups of green tea everyday is one of the most natural ways to lose a couple of pounds and keep you super healthy.
Also after a while it raises your metabolism a lot so you wont have to drink it as much!
Also try jogging in your neighborhood daily or going to a gym!
Well good luck! <3

first of all, you are going to have to cut out all the really sugary stuff. and decreace your food intake little by little every day. add more complex carbs to your diet like instead of white bread, whole wheat bread. also, running and ab workouts are really good. drink lots of water and milk, and you should be good to go.
