I previously asked a question about a wedding toast. I spoke with a coworker of mine and she gave me a phrase similar to one I had gotten on Yahoo! answers, but both translated it differently into english.

It is
Sovet Vam Da Lubov. Schastiay, Zdoroviay, Mnogo detok, i mnogo deneg.

That is the old wedding formula.
It means:
I wish you to live always in Love and Peace.
( no way it is "I give you a tip, that is non sense!)
I wish you a lot of Happiness, Heath ,
Wealth and many children.
Notes:
Sovet=Advice, (tips), but in this contest it means Agreement.
Mnogo deneg=Much money (wealth)
Lubov=Love, yes, it could be a name, but not here.

It's from me you got that toast -

It just the exact translation of Sovet Vam da lyubov' - is peace and love to your family. Sovet in this meaning means not to have any problems, misunderstandings and smth like that, in overall to live in peace. and Lyubov' - it's love.

Schastiay, Zdoroviay, Mnogo detok, i mnogo deneg - this has nothing to do with a translation of that phrase, it just possibly what that phrase can hold inside of it, and it translates as hapiness, health, a lot of kids and money.

good luck

It means: I advise you love, happiness, health, lots of kids and lots of money. But in Russian the first part doesn't technically make sense. It would be better like this: Zhelayu vam lubvi, schastia, zdorovya, mnogo detei, i mnogo deneg. In Russian: Желаю вам любви, счастья, здоровья, много детей, и много денег. Which means: I wish you love, happiness, health, lots of kids and lots of money. "I wish" sounds better than "I advise". Love is not a name in this case.

I wish you
