Since you're so young, the best thing to do is talk to your parents and your doctor, don't ask us. You may not need to lose weight at all, and it's not healthy to start a diet at your age without your doctor's advice. Good luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Make your diet healthier (don't starve yourself)

Never skip breakfast, even if all you grab is an apple because your body starts saving energy when you starve it (storing fat). If you feed it first thing in the morning it will start burning it instead. Kinda like putting gas in the car.

Give up soda, energy drinks, sugary juice. You can still have unsweetened juice, but only 1 glass a day. And diet sodas are even worse that sugared ones, you may as well drink poison.

Drink more water. As much as you can handle without making you pee every hour.

Start experimenting with different activities. If your parents have the money try dance lessons or martial arts. Join the swim club or track team. Walk you dog. Wake up 30 min earlier and walk to school or ride you bike. Basically try to fit 30 to 60 minutes of activity into your day, even if it’s just watching music videos and dancing along with them.

Eat less grains/carbs or if you’re eating white bread type products switch over to eating whole wheat. Snack on fruits, veggies, yogurt and other healthy snacks instead of salty fatty ones (I like cleaning and slicing my favorite veggies then keeping them in water in a Tupperware to make them crisp, that way I just grab a handful when I’m hungry and dip it into a low fat yogurt dip I make by mixing a little dry veggie soup mix into it—yummy!) Try chocolate Soya milk, once you get used to it it is very good and it fills you up quick. I find it works better than slim fast shakes for filling you up and is a lot healthier.

If your mom is a fatty cooker (lots of fried or breaded of mashed potato type food) learn how to cook and start making dinner. Talk to her about wanting to be healthier and help her out. As an adult the best way to stay healthy is to know how to cook from scratch, that way you won't be dependent on unhealthy prepared foods. When you know how to cook you control what goes into your food and how fatty it is.

hunny, ur 11. u dont need diet pills or slim fast. @ ur age, ur metabolism is thru the roof. all u gotta do is eat a little healthier & exercise. Now, don't starve urself or work urself 2 death. u can still eat a lot of the same food, just in smaller portions. like if u usually eat a bowl of ice cream a day try a scoop instead. & eat a lot of veggies & fruit. & for exercise just go outside & have fun. hope it helps!!

first do you really need to lose weight?if you do then eat sensibly limit fried greasy foods and junk food like cookies and cake and ice cream.kids do not need to eat as much food as a grown up or to super size your fries.get out and exercise! walk, bicycle play ball or tennis or something.get away from the TV,computer and video games! and if you are a good normal weight don't make your self sick by getting too skinny,it does not look good.eat fruits fresh is best and vegetables there are more meats than hot dogs and chicken nuggets.eat smart! good luck.also drink plenty of milk 2 percent is good and has less fat eat yogurt too its good and good for you! drink water lots of it not flavored just regular stay away from pop or too much juices they have a lot of sugar in them.eat breakfast everyday! and brush your teeth at least twice a day and do a good job.

Oh please dont use those things, you are a so so young. First of all, do you really need to lose weight? Most kids put on some baby fat before they hit their growth spurt and you are about to hit it. The best thing to do is cut out the junk food and start exercising. Play a sport, swim, bike riding....anything that will keep you from sitting in front of the TV or computer all day.

First of all you're only 11 years old and shouldn't really be worried about your weight at such a young age. But if you do want to lose extra pounds try walkig or jogging.
