i just bought photoshop CS2 and i realized theres another program that comes with photoshop called ImageReady CS2 they both look the same. whats the diff. between Photoshop CS2 and ImageReady CS2?

In short, ImageReady is for web purpose—design a web page (create slices or hotspots, html code, etc.) or gif animations. But some PS features are not available in IR (for example, those that goes under Image menu), so sometimes you might have to work simultaneously in PS and IR.
