Blood mixed with urine highly indicate disease or injury of either urinary tract infection or kidney. There are possible accompanying signs you may experience. For example If you felt some painful or scanty urination and had fever recently, it may indicate a urinary tract infection. If you had some sort of flank pain previously, it may be an indication of renal stone, there are many conditions to consider with having blood in the urine termed as hematuria. Submit yourself for a clinic check up to assess your situation better and get proper treatment.

I suggest you seek medical help as soon as possible. Having blood in your urine illustrates a myriad of signs that could potentially be correlated with kidney failure. Make sure they test your blood, have them analyze your urine and do an LP for possible side effects on your nervous system. Sometimes it's better to know early than suffer later...

Getting an answer to this question requires a physical examination, medical history and likely urine and blood tests.
You really must treasure your health enough to pursue this with a medical professional. You should call your doctors answering service and leave a message about whether to seek emergency care or make an appointment for the next business day.
Most communities have 'walk-in' Medi-merge centers where you can see a doctor. Stop messing around on yahoo and get this evaluated.

I've heard of certain medications causing microscopic blood in the urine (i.e. not detectable by eyesight). If there's enough blood that you can see it, get evaluated today. An urgent care center would be appropriate; so would an ER if you don't have an urgent care near you.

Ask your doctor. There are numerous potential causes from the kidney down. Testing would narrow it down if it is more than a one-time trace.
