For a good one, I'd be sure to pay $100. Check around for artists that have experience with lip tattoos. I've always heard of them fading very quickly and never wanted one for that reason, but a friend of mine got one that turned out beautiful and still has yet to fade. With tattoos, you generally get what you pay for.

Why is it that everyone comes onto yahoo anwers to ask how much a tattoo is going to cost. Do we look like a book full of prices. Dont you have the common sense to call the tattoo parlor you are going to go to and ask. That would be so much easier and quicker and whatever price we say is most likely not going to be what you will be paying. So im gonna be $100,000.
