You should have Formatting Toolbar on your Word Page. If you do not have one, click any empty space on your toolbar, in drop-down menu put check mark at Formatting (second item from top). When you have Formatting Toolbar, find Bullets and click it.One more way. If you have a text ready for bulleting, click Edit, then Select All and right- click it. From drop-down menu choose Bullets. You will get some otions there.

At the top of the window, there is your drop down menus. Select the Insert menu, and then click on bullets. Im sorry if its not exact, but I am using Office 07 and havent used 03 in months. There is also a little button on the top of the window, below the menus somewhere.
