1) If they are righteous, they merit a place in the world to come (there is no heaven or hell in Judaism).
2) To be righteous they just need to follow the 7 Noahide laws
a) No idolotary
b) No blasphemy
c) No murder
d) No theft
e) No deliberate cruelty to animals
f) No sexual immorality (incest, hsodomy and bestiality)
g) Must have a court system and set of laws
Pretty simple for most people (the sodomy bit is problematic for people in the modern world, and the more militant atheists are in trouble with blasphemy...)
3) Those who merit no place in the world to come, remian on the outskirts of the world, on the edges, not able to approach the presence of God, but there is no eternal damnation or burning or anything like that

In terms of what? The afterlife?
According to Judaism as long as a non-Jew follows the seven noachide laws they receive their share in the world to come (heaven)

Judaism dose not preach eternal damnation. Even if a person did not merit a portion in the world to come they are not tortured for all eternity.
