i have seen people do it on macs... but i have a pc and i want to know how can i do it

If you want to put your pictures' slideshow as your screen saver on your PC, go to Control Panel, click Display, open Screensaver, from drop-down menu choose My Pictures Slideshow. If this is what you want, you got it.

yes,you can.
well actully it doesn't work like a slideshow. there is this free software that you can download for FREE from http://www.download.com .
you can use this software to select the pictures you want and then you will set a time. if you set it 10sec it will keep changing your BACKGROUND pictures to the ones you've selected.

here is the problem, i don't know what the software it's called

there is another problem as well. i had this software, and i used it but i didn't like it, because it really slowed down my PC, so i uninstalled it.

all you need to do is to make sure that you have a good PC, and then find out what the software is called.
you could probebly search it in the search box in the website i've told you.

If by a "pc" you mean you are running Microsoft Windows, then sorry - advanced features like that are only available in real operating systems, like Mac OS X and Linux.
