I have a pain on my left side in the ribs right in line with my chest...its right in between my ribs (when i push on it it hurts...i'm not doing that any more don't worry) It's not a cramp because I have had those many times...this is different. I don't think I did anything to hurt it. What could it be?

This could be something called costochondritis (inflammation of the cartillage around the ribcage).

Costochondritis can cause all kinds of symptoms including making one think they are having a heart attack when they aren't.

The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.
