its been sitting for 3 weeks, started fine last time i used it.it hasent been starting well whenever it rains, but its been hot and dry for a week. all fuses are fine, dashboard lights, headlights work

Mine ocassionally does that and I have to put it in Neutral to start it. Could be the starter. I've had to change the starter on mine. Easy, cheap fix.

If you have enough juice to turn on the lights, you should at least hear a click when the starter tries to engage. Might want to have them check the starter solenoid while they are charging the battery. Good luck!

Sounds like your starter went out. My 96 Jeep grand cherokee did the same thing, and after the starter was replaced it hasn't done it since.

when you try to turn it on if you dont hear anything your battery is dead. if you can then you might need a new starter. some times if the inside gets wet it wont start up, might have to dry every thing out.

Battery enough juice to run the lights but not enough to turn the engine over..Charge or take to auto zone they will charge for free.

Your battery is dead. A lot of vehicles have this problem after sitting for so long.

battery is dead, at the same time if problems when damp out change the distributor cap and rotor. you should then be fine
