Everclear is the strongest, but it is simply 95% grain alcohol.
Bicardi 151 rum is strong.
There are some tequilas that are 100 proof.
Anything over 100 proof is 'strong' stuff.

I like Myers rum when I feel like getting blitzed. It's a dark rum that is 80 proof. I love the bottle it comes in. It's got a unique shape with a pretty picture on the front of a rum plantation with rum barrels and palm trees and everything. It's smells good, too.

The stongest must be Bacardi's 151. If you're looking for taste AND strength...I'd say ..go for 99 Bananas. If you don't like the taste of bananas..they have 99 Rasberry, Orange and Apple.

Everclear...but i would honestly stay away..it can be really harmful, and it tastes like rubbing alcohol. What about Jack Daniels?

Hard liquor usually just means liquor: whiskey, rum, vodka, gin, bourbon. As opposed to beer and wine.
There's a 151 proof rum that's pretty strong.
