HELLO ELIZABETH,
YOU'RE WISEST IN HAVING THE DENTIST REPAIR THE TOOTH PROFESSIONALLY.
SUPERGLUE REPAIRS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE OF THE MANNER OF THE BREAK, THE MATERIALS TO BE BONDED AND THE TOXICITY OF THE GLUE.
HOW LONG WOULD SUCH A SUPERGLUE FIX LAST???
IDK.

no they will take it to the lab where they made your denture and the lab will fix it...probably add more wax material to denture with glue compound to fix your denture...if you bring it into the dentist office early..you could probably get it back the same day or in the morning depending on how busy lab is..call your dentist and make an emergency appointment to fix it so you can avoid getting sores if the denture is mobile..

Yes, but a dental lab can also put it back on or replace it. They do not necessarily have to make you a new one. However, if you start superglueing you may make a mess on the denture they cannot fix later. Fixing a tooth is maybe 50-100 dollars or less if you have insurance.

Do not use a glue because it is not compatable with mouth tissue and so kindly don't make a gum problem to your self just to the lab. or your dentist to fix it
also you can't asure that when you fix it by your self at that you will have the exact occlusion and again make a gum and articulation problem to your self
good luck

Super glue is toxic and not fit to put in to the mouth. It would be a good idea to call the dentist.

That happened to my dad while on vacation so he super glued it back in until he got home. A week later it was holding and looked fine so he held off for several months. Just make sure you put it in correctly and it is totally dry before putting back in your mouth.

no because super glue may cause irritation to your teeth.there's this glue that's made especially for dentures called polident that is sold in many stores such as wal-mart or other pharmacies.
