Most clubs are privately owned which means they can refuse service and kick you out for any reason. However some clubs like the HOB Orlando have a tendency of being very aggressive to its customers & making up reasons after they've already taken your money. There has to be some kind of consumer protection laws for this. What legally can be done to correct this or what measures have to be taken to create a valid case against the club, management, or staff. Keep in mind there are consumer protection laws in this country so none of that "they can kick you out for any reason" crap I've heard it already Yes they are an alcohol serving private property. But a business is a business and all can be taken down for shady practices

A private club is just that; Private.

They make the rules, you agree to the rules when you enter.

Nothing you can do exept find another place.

It's like me opening my Rec Room and calling it BarB's club. I would charge you to get in. If you became rowdy, or if I didn't like what you were doing or saying, I could toss you out of my home.

This is not a criminal type question. This is better suited for the lawyers because you would have to seek some form of civil remedy if you feel your rights were somehow infringed on when said club requested you relocate you a$s from their property.

the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

It's a private business. I'd suggest a boycott if you feel that strongly about it.
