You should've gone straight to Apache Software Foundation's website http://www.apache.org/ it'll have a good intro on what each is, Jakarta and Tomcat are JSP/Java Servlet enabled webserver, the main branch of no-frill web server always named Apache, others are developers' utilities.

if you want the HTTP Apache Web Server (the most popular):
here it is: http://apache.mirror.facebook.com/httpd/binaries/win32/apache_2.2.4-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi
