When you die, and find there is a hell, will you regret you didn't listen?

Actually, I don't believe we go to heaven right after death. I believe there's a period of sleep. So, if I die and there's no heaven or afterlife at all, I'll be okay. If I'm dead, I won't be able to shed a tear anyway. *smile* Really, though, it doesn't matter. I don't base my faith and my lifestyle on heaven. If I get there, I do. If I don't, I don't. My hope is to see Jesus and live with Him, not experience "eternal bliss in a mansion on the streets of gold." If He's in heaven, then I hope to be there...with Him. If not, wherever He is, I want to be also.
Besides, I think its stupid to live on earth and claim to not worry about materials only to constantly concern yourself about heaven to GET materials (mansion, etc.) But...that's just me.

1. If we are able to "find" and "shed a tear" then you are stating that you believe there is something beyond life. With that stated, what would it be?
2. Why no heaven? Is one person's heaven another's hell?

No. When I die, it's over. No Heaven. No Hell. No Purgatory. No punishment. No reward.
We earn our punishments and rewards on earth for the decisions we make in this life.
I won't shed any tears because I won't exist after I die.
I don't believe our personalities live on after our bodies are in the ground.

I'm sure I'll be shedding a lot of things. Tears are not one of them.

I believe very strongly that heaven exists. There will be no tears there. I hope in the end I will see you there, blessings Deirdre.

The other side of me says the vast majority will live in eternal bliss.
