a lot of previous stated answers are very interesting and may work ( even though some have errors) but since you wont negotiate or ask since he doesn't "work" that way then all you have to do is ask someone who does know it possibly a friend or heck try asking and negotiating if that doesn't work telling mom or dad does (okay not always but its worth it) if none of them work just beg him to download it

This is evil, lol, but it works.
Obtain a copy of a program called Cyber Sleuth. It's a key-logger which is 100% legit and not a virus, though it acts like one.
At the end of the day, or after your brother logs in to whatever he's looking at, press the top-secret key combination to view the log-in screen of Cyber Sleuth. Then enter your top-secret password and view the log file with the click of a button.
Scan through it and it won't be hard to find out what the password is.
If you get caught, I will disavow all knowledge of your actions.

get destop scout. install it and make a password. then make your brother login and when he is done open the destop scout viewer and his password should be there you must be admin to run. note if you have spyware doctor close it out because it will delete it

do you know his yahoo i.d?
if you do, go to mail.yahoo.com and click "FORGET YOUR ID OR PASSWORD?"
type in his yahoo id and then fill out the "confirm your identity" section.
hopefully you know his basic info. - b-day, postal code & country. lol.
then just type in the letters from the security image & type in his yahoo id again at the bottom in the gray box and click get new password.

if its to his computer restart it and there should be two hotkeys up in the top right corner hit the keys it says (mine are f12 and f6) and go to the password and user settings

download and burn to a cd a program called ophcrack
http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/
it extracts the .sam file and cracks it to give u the password.
then boot from it and follow the direction (it only gives u a few) its very easy.
