While I was growing up my aunt use to always make this kind of sauce for her spaghetti. She is not around anymore and I would like to try and make it but I do not know the measurements or all the ingredients.I know that it didn't have any veggie's in it just the meat and sauce. And I know it had sugar and red wine in it.Has anyone seen a recipe like this, and the measurements would have to be enough for 8.Thank you in advance!!!

Thank you all for your recipes but I am looking for the ones that both have the red wine and sugar in it.

It was brown sugar, a tablespoon or two. That's how I make it, balances well with the onions and other spices. Oregano, two teaspoons, half of onion, minced, 1/4 teaspoon Thyme, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
You can use 1/2 lb or more hambuger, brown that first, chop into small bits while browning.
If more hamburger, then you need to increase the tomato sauce, maybe 3 cans instead of 2, and more water.
Drain the hamburger (water and oil) then mix with the spices, 1/2 cup or so of wine, 2 or more small cans of tomato sauce, and water, enough to make thick sauce.
Simmer for 30 minutes or so until sauce thickens. Smell is great while cooking.

I have several variations on my own spaghetti sauce, and here's one that might fit the bill:
2 lbs Hot Turkey Italian Sausage, removed from casing
1 yellow onion, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 large can Roma Tomatos (crush with your hands)
1 large can Tomato sauce
1 cup good red wine
3 T dried Italian Herbs
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 T kosher salt
3 T sugar
1/2 cup good olive oil
Saute onion, sausage, and garlic until cooked. Add tomato sauce, romas, and herbs. Add seasonings to taste and sugar. Add wine and simmer for 1 hour. Adjust seasonings to taste. For a richer sauce, add 1/2 cup good grated Parmesan cheese.
Good luck!
