most adhesives need air contact to start the chemical reaction that causes it to dry.

It depends on the type of glue. Some glues cure with exposure to air, and are not exposed to it in the bottle. Some dry, and are then pressure sensitive. Rubber cement will develop a film, under which the glue is still liquid.
Too, some glues will harden in the bottle over time. It all depends on the sort of glue.

For the same reason why a bottle of water won't evaporate. It needs air flow to dry, and it can't get that if the lid's on. The air inside a sealed bottle can't hold the amount of fumes that need to be released for the material to cure, so it stays fluid. Glue WILL stick to the container if there's not much of it in the bottle, and you leave the lid off.
Is it duck's bills or cow's hooves they make that stuff out of?

The glue doesn't stick to the inside of the bottle because air can't get to the glue and cause it to "set." Let air get inside, and it won't be long until you have a bottle with a big hard mass of crud in it!

Most glue reacts to air, since there is very little air in the bottle, the glue stays moist.

Because the insides are made of a certain plastic that does not let the glue adhere to it .

It still does, but the part of the glue you get out is in the middle that hasn't hardened yet.

It's because of gluons, which are the opposite particals of teflons (which makes Teflon stick to the pan).

Because its got a teflon coating...
I don't know...something to do with the air
