its not mcdonalds or nothing like that, it was a homemade hamburger with only mustard as a dressing. a piece of meat, two white bread buns, bolony, avocado, and the rest was tomato,onion,and lettuce. i know meat and bolony was greasy and the bread was white bread. ^_^

i think u consumed about 350 calories with that burger u just ate. if you jog for 30 minutes youll lose about 400 to 500 calories.

well the bread is going to be the problem lady, you can walt for about three miles, or ride a bicycle for four miles.all of that food is about350cal. thirty minutes of cardio will burn off 140cal.

It takes 35 miles of running to burn a pound of fat--but it wasnt a pound and it wasnt all fat---hmm, you do the math.

It depends on your thyroids some people gain weight,I can eat three hamburgers and still won't gain.
