I would suggest marketing it as a place with active play, rather than tv/computer time. Many parents will be drawn to that, and it's a really positive idea. You have the right idea about how to have a unique angle on day care. I would let the parents choose you, tho, rather than you advertising for fat kids. Kids who are already in shape need active play, too.
In addition, having only sedentary kids means you will be pushing hard with no peer role model against genes, environment, sometimes depression, sometimes pushing against a kid who values reading more than running and just has to learn to balance. They love to be like each other, to get that inspiration from each other. With a group of only kids who don't have active habits, you won't have amongst the kids the natural energy levels nor possibly even the skill set needed to get fun things going.
Lastly, because you say, "I don't wanna sound harsh" this suggests to me some harsh feelings about these kids or their parents. Until you said that, it sounded intriguing, and without that, it sounds like a great business angle. With that, it sounds like you might have clients you don't really respect. And that never works.
A child might be heavy because the parents and children stuff themselves on bad foods and never exercise. Or a child might grow heavy during a stressful period in a family's life when no one has the energy to cook good meals and look after exercise. Or a child might be on steroids for lupus or other heavy duty illnesses.
Again, great business plan, great pool for marketing ideas. It would be more helpful, probably, to see it as a great, healthy business whose time has truly come and that you have the vision to get out in front on, rather than looking it as a way for you to save people.

That sounds nice and I think parents will like the idea if the fill you are qualified in the child care and health area.
A good name would be Gymming All Day, Healthy Lives Child Care Center, Healthy Hearts, Happy Lives Play Center.

your heart's in the right place but, if you don't have credentials as a nutritionist or trainer dealing with overweight children i don't know that it would work. if you are advertising for overweight children people are going to want to know what makes you competent to safely help the kids lose weight. even if you don't advertise for specific children and have activities you'll need to make sure each child is healthy enough to participate. it's a good idea but, it needs more thought. good luck
