I am going to the beach in a week ,,, and I need to tighten up my stomach 4 swimsuit season... any suggestions?

you'll have to do plenty of situps and crunches.

i do these situps where legs are off the ground going up, and my knees are bent at a 90 degree angle. do situps and try to reach your knees as many times as you can..i think that it works!

Its never fast or easy--do a lot of crunches--but you should have started a long time ago.

do as many crunches as you possibly can and eat low carb high protien
