Does it make any difference if the fan is on while you are walking on the treadmill?

Fans drive me nuts, but no, it makes no difference for workout value or anything like that.

The treadmills at the gym I belong to have built-in fans.
And yes, I turn them on when using the machine.

Yes, I think the fan should be, this way you don't get over heated and pass out.

Do you mean will you lose less weight? The answer is no. Your body will still produce heat as you lose weight, but the fan will cool it away.
