Have you asked your mom and grandma, if they wore your
bust size at your age? Quite often we don't follow after our
maternal side of the family. But instead, our fathers'. You'll
have to wait a few more years til you are more fully developed. Your body has just begun to be a woman. Don't
be in such a hurry.
If nothing else, if you gain weight as an adult, you will most
likely gain weight in the bustline. I reached 36B in my late
30's. And then I went up from there when I began to gain
weight. Now I'm a 42D. And I'd like to be a bit smaller.
One of my girlfriends, never added to her teenaged bust size.
She still is in an A cup, and pencil thin. Another friend was
in an A cup until she started gaining weight also, even later
than middle age. Now she's in a B cup and 34 width. You
don't need to worry about bust size now. Wait til you're a
couple years older and then if you're still smaller than you
want to be, "blossom" over the summer and buy some lightly
padded bras to give you a bit more confidence. That may
be all you need.

My mom has pretty average size boobs, a B or C cup and she has no clue where mine came from, but possibly my grandma on my Dad's side of the family. Regardless, I started out small/average, but then I started my period when I was 14, and I'm pretty sure my boobs kept growing for years. In college I was a 34D and after pregnancy and breastfeeding I've never gone back down below 34DD...currently I'm between 36DD and DDD. Just depends on the brand and style, and it's been an issue finding bras that fit right, that don't dig into my shoulders or give me four boobs instead of two. Sometimes big boobs aren't that great, plus they droop more. Enjoy the smaller size, you can wear a lot more cute summer tops!

You may get bigger. But believe me, bigger isn't always better. It's painful & hard to find cute shirts that fit well. Good luck.
