Well all of the languages you mentioned would be great languages to learn. It doesn't seem like your very interested in German so it's best not to study something you don't like. This will only make learning it that much harder.
So then that means that it is between Spanish and Portuguese. If you want to learn one based on use then I'd say Spanish. The are many more Spanish speakers in the world so it would probably be very useful. Even within the U.S., an English speaking country we have a very large population of people who speak Spanish as their first language.
I've been studying Spanish for three years and have also recently started teaching myself Portuguese. Personally I like Portuguese more. But I guess you should try learning a bit of both languages and then see which one you like more.
Later : )

I would say portuguese because thats what i am and it just rules but the smart thing would be to learn Spanish because everywhere you go in this country spanish is spoken. It help so much with getting a job and on college apts if you speak two languages. There are not many people who speak German but its still a good language to go with. I hope this helps some!

First finish German and then continue with Spanish which is by far, a better option than Portuguese but of course if you have in mind to go to Brazil for example, obviously you should take Portuguese first... It´s up to you to decide but Spanish can give you more advantages than Portuguese...
Once you acquire a certain level in Spanish, feel free to start with Portuguese and you´ll find it relatively easy...

Portuguese is my first language. I know german too and I love it. If I were you I would first finish your german course. I think after this you should learn spanish because it is more spoken. After all, study portuguese, because it is very similar to spanish, and it will be easy for you to learn.

well Portuguese and Spanish are very similar... nothing to do with German or English obviously... both are beautiful. in my case i speak Spanish as my natal language and its very varied but at the same time hard because of all the verbal forms, i was learning Portuguese because its easy when u know Spanish and i can tell u they are a lot like... so remember anyone you choose... both are pretty and every different language we are trying to learn needs dedication :)

Whoever said portuguese is almost a dialect of spanish does not know portuguese at all, while they share a great deal of words, it is still quite different languages. To answer the question Spanish will help you with vocabulary and french will help you with pronounciation since their phonetic system is similar, more so than with spanish that shares more with Italian.

Well I'm biased toward German. But I think if you want to improve your English, German is a good language to learn because English has its roots in German. And about it being profitable depends on what you want to do with it. German might be good if you're wanting to be a scientist or an engineer for example.
I speak German fluently and would never have gotten my job at a German company without that skill.

I love German but if you want to learn a new language, I'd say go with Spanish. I also took Spanish and it was fun.

I think it is better to stick to German, you don't want to waste what you have already studied.
