If the kittens are weaned, which they certainly should be by 9 weeks of age then it's time to get her spayed.
Cats are ready to get pregnant again almost as soon as they've given birth so you MUST keep her inside until she's spayed or you will end up with more unwanted kittens.

The kittens are old enough to leave their mom and eat solids and drink water now, do not let the mother out and get her spayed as soon as you can. Once her milk has dried up or is almost dried up you can get her spayed. They normally keep a spay overnight and once she comes home try to keep her separated from the kittens in a different room possibly so they will not jump on her and cause her discomfort or try to nurse. Once they have not been nursing for a couple days they will usually stop that habit and just stick to their food and water. It costs more to spay a pregnant cat and it is harder on them then as well so I would get it done quickly.

Kittens usually wean off of the mother at 8 weeks of age, so since they are 9 weeks old they should be fine on their own. Your best bet would be to call a vet and ask them what the best time is because some vets differ in when they will do it, but since the kittens are being weaned, I think that it would probably be a good time for her to get spayed.

Get her spayed now. If her kittens are weaned and at least 8 weeks old and ready to go to new homes she will be in heat again in no time.
You can see that with two kittens left and mom ready to breed again, the "just one litter" approach is really a mistake. There are too many cats, not enough homes.

It is safe to get her spayed now. Once you bring her home, just keep her separate from the kittens. At 9 weeks of age they should not be nursing any more anyway. They are old enough for cat food, and they can do damage to the mother with their teeth. Very painful!

Ideally, your dog or cat should be spayed or neutered anytime around 6 months of age. We can and often will perform the surgery as early as 5 months of age (especially in cats if being performed at the same time as a declaw).

Get her spayed now! The kittens are old enough to be eating food on their own.

You should have her spayed as soon as possible. Her 9 week old kittens are definately old enough to be fully weaned.

Why did you see it necessary to give her a litter of kittens in the first place?
Irresponsible!

she can be spayed now. and as long as the kittens are two pounds than i recommend getting them spayed as well. the kittens should be eating solid kitten food and after she is spayed they will not nurse on her. good luck. and get her and the kittens spayed asap.
