What kinds of things to you like to add to your oatmeal? I'm trying to make my morning oatmeal more tasty, and I would like to hear your ideas.

1/2 cup of oatmeal, a tad bit less than 1 cup of water then cook it for 2 minutes in the microwave.
When done I add a tablespoon of chocolate Nesquick on top, yum!!
Followed by a banana and 1 cup of hot soy milk.


I call that a nice BREAKFAST =] Yum

I like jam. Home made or store bought. Strawberry freezer jam is great on oatmeal. Butter, brown sugar and 1/2 and 1/2 creamer.

It depends on my mood

Mango
Raisins
Apples cut up small and cinammon
Brown sugar

not at the same time, I have oatmeal every morning, so I use this stuff in it because it can be pretty blah on it's own.

I top with a square pat of butter and cover the top in brown sugar. Oh man... heavenly.

Try to make the oatmeal with milk rather than water also, it makes it so much more creamier. Mmmmm

Imake my oatmeal the same way I do all the time milk,butter,and the right amount of suger in my oatmeal to make it tast good and sweet.

i use 1/4 cup of plain oatmeal, 1/2 cup of 1% milk, 1/4 cup water... heat in microwave for app. 1 minute. add i can't believe it's not butter spray to taste, splenda to taste, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 2 tbs flaxseed meal and 2tbs wheat germ... the last 2 give it a nutty taste and they plus the oatmeal and cinnamon are excellent for the heart and cholesterol. occasionally, i also add some dry granola (strawberry is my fave) to it...

I add blueberries and sprinkle on some wheat germ and ground flax seed to it...of course brown sugar goes without saying...sometimes I add soya milk but i prefer milk

Brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon & cream.
I make sure to cook mine with milk instead of water. It has a better flavor.

i dont like oatmeal, but i heard: cinnamon, sugar, berries( blueberries, strawberries, rasperries), peaches, pears, nutmeg. coco powder, shaved chocolate peels, orange peels, taste good
