Ok, here's the situation so far:
My cheating ex-boyfriend Connor doesn't feel anything for me.
My best friend Sasuke, is in love with me.
My ex-boyfriend Callum is still in love with me.
I am madly in love with Connor.
I have some feelings for Sasuke
I have minor feelings for Callum
I know...it's annoying that I fell in love with the cheater and not my amazing best friend...but that's the person my heart's chosen...Oh, also:
Connor says there may be a chance in the future
Sasuke is pretty much desperate to go out with me.
Callum would like a chance for us again in the future.
I'm not naive with Connor...I know that even if I go out with him I'd be paranoid that everytime he wasn't with me he'd be kissing another girl...It's just too hard to sustain another relationship I think, which is making me, well, depressed but to a clinical extent. With Sasuke my feelings aren't strong enough for him yet, and same for Callum...I just need time to get over Connor...

If you don't feel anything for Sasuke, then you don't feel anything. There is probably not a lot you can do about it. Tell him so, and move on. The sooner he knows it is over, the sooner he can start working on what I am about to tell you to do about Connor!
Ok, you seem to insinuate here that your heart "chooses" someone, and that there is nothing you can do about it. That is not true. If Connor cheated once, he'll likely do it again. You would be a fool to go back to him. Same for Callum. He is your EX for a reason. You can get over either of them. It just takes self respect, intelligence, and time. Keep yourself busy. Hang out with your friends. Get some exercise. Get to know yourself better. Have fun! Whatever you do, do NOT talk to either of these losers. That will only prolong the agony, and you deserve better.
If you follow this regimen and give it some time, then you'll get over the two losers, and you'll be ready to move on and find someone who you love and respect AND who loves and respects you back. I wish you luck!

None. You don't feel the same way for sasuke. Connor is a cheat and you are not in love with Callum. Choose someone new who has your best interest at heart.

None of the above. Your buddy, will smother the living daylights out of you. Your exes, are your exes for perfectly good reasons.
You'll meet someone new.
Tell your friend, he needs to date some other people before you're willing to go out with him. He sounds like he doesn't have that much experience dating.
