My daughter has a program on her computer that I dont have a disk for, and I would like to make a copy of it to add to my new vista computer. Is this possible? Thanks to anyone who can tell me. :)

No, you cannot copy an installed program. You will need the disk.

no u would need the setup.exe to install it. windows installs programs into the registry so u cant just move programs from 1 computer to another

They are correct. Once a program has been installed you cannot move it.
What is the name of the program.
