Distance, not wanting to make definite plans, being late, nasty comments, less romance...

The list goes on...

If your insecurities about your relationship are based on infidelities on the part of your boyfriend...dump him. If your insecurities are defined by your fear of abandonment...leave the relationship and seek counseling.
No man defines a woman. A healthy woman is defined and whole on her own. A guy does not complete us or make us who we are...if he does...then you need to let go of the relationship and find out how to be complete on your own through counseling.
A sole mate adds to who we are. He is not the missing link. Therefore, whether he is in your life or out...you can survive out on your own. A man should never be your energy source. You should find your energy from within. Real love is not draining. Real love is the energy for both people. The glue that binds yet allows for individuality. You come together for who you are...not what the other person needs from you.
A battery that gets used all the time burns out.
If you have to ask for the signs of infidelity...then let the guy go. For some reason your relationship is based on mistrust instead of trust. Mistrust is shakey ground. The foundation is already cracked. Let go.
Seek counseling on healthy relationships.
Find out who you are and what you are. Learn to live, love and laugh without codependency on a cheater.

Does he hide his cell phone from you?

Does he make up excuses for not seeing you?

Does he contact you during the day at all?

Does he let you read his emails or text messages?

Has he stopped having sex with you?

Does he buy you gifts more often?

Does he act like nothing is wrong, when you can clearly see something is wrong?

When you two are talking are his answers short and cruel?

Ask him this question, (his name) I have a strong feeling that you are seeing another girl. I need for you to be honest with me and tell me what is going with you.

His answer and weather or not he looks you in the eye will tell you the honesty he has or doesn't have.

They have times when you absolutely cannot contact them (but they are not at work). If this is the case, then lose him.
The best way to find out is just to tell him that you wonder if he is. If he is honest and loves you, then he will do anything to comfort. If his first reaction is to get upset, then he is cheating and he is really only upset at himself... but he will project this anger at you as if you are wrong to even wonder. Any man who gets upset when you present your concerns is either cheating or he has cheated on you and he cannot deal with the confrontation! Be good to yourself!

If he keeps things private from you then it's probably something bad. Most men will dump it all out for a woman they really are serious about but if there is a hoe on the side then he'll be insistent on having his privacy, and certain things you can't see, etc.

Check his phone!

edit: I agree with the person above me! Jealousy is an INSTINCT, not an emotion. It's an inborn instinct we have left over from neolithic times to keep our mate around

Ignoring you, staying out late, showering you with gifts (this means that he has a guilty conscience), hanging out with his friends a lot...there are so many different ways to tell if a man is cheating on you.

How about you tell us a little more about why you asked this question and maybe I can help you more.

The relationship is not going to be like it used to be. In the way that he is going to start acting real different. He won't call you often. Whenever you call him or he won't answer or he'll make a lame excuse. If he is really cheatin on you well you gotta watch out for your man before someone else takes the place. Well I hope this helps! Good luck!
